During the operation MRET Polymer compound is exposed to external strong magnetic field and optical light of specific oscillations. This exposure leads to the gradual “aging and fatigue process” of polymeric structure. This structural change is the main factor that causes the gradual reduced effect of MRET activation process. In addition the rate of this structural change is very much determined by the environmental condition such as high temperature, humidity, etc.

In the case of South East Asia, where most of QB MRET Resonator is distributed, the environmental temperatures and humidity are significantly higher than the cold weather countries such as United State of America, Canada, United Kingdom, etc. Therefore the aging and the structural change of the MRET Polymer may be accelerated in our region as compare to the cold country. This phenomenon may be even higher due to the fact that many of our MRET users like to install their QB MRET Resonators in their kitchen area where the temperature and humidity is even higher.

Taking into consideration of all the above factors, QBT has recommended our users to replace the MRET Polymer on average basis of 2 years usage to ensure that our customers will enjoy the maximum effect of MRET.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Why 2 Years?” el_id=”1455169716061-c7fb35b0-c8a4″]According to Dr. Igor Smirnov observation: A number of studies show that the external electromagnetic field can affect local orientations and phase transition in polymer crystalline systems of longitudinal chains.

This external electromagnetic field can seriously modify the local orientations of order of the system and affect phase transitions parameters and dielectric properties of the polymer compound.

The existence of orientations and phase transitions in crystalline systems of polymer introduced to external electromagnetic field leads to the origination of subsequent relaxation and strain phases in macromolecular structures that induces the phenomenon of piezoelectricity.

It is the electrical response of the material to the change of pressure in molecular structures of polymer compound. This process actually leads to gradual “aging” or “fatigue” of Polymer material.

QBT has observed the following physical change of polymer over the years. One of the ways to determine “material aging” is hardness test. The SETSCO Test Report CT- 18381/SL/1 (click here to download) shows the Shore D value of the polymer has increased from 65 to 81 after 2 years of usage, which shows the hardness of the polymer has changed significantly.

Another way to determine the change of MRET polymer is by means of Compression test. Fig 1 shows the result of the compression test.

In the case of the maximum compression load over the samples which has been operating over the time. It started from 15808N increased to 26859N over about 30 months of the operating life and the rate of change also has been changing.

In the first 15 months, it moves as the rate shown on the line L2, and the curve is hitting its limit near the line A2. Based on the statistical prediction tools, where these 2 lines meet, there should be the turning point.

In this case, both test result point near 18 months. The property of the polymer as such when there is a change, it will remain its original property for a while before a significant change to take place, thus we predict a 2 years’ operating life.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Proper storage and maintenance for our MRET Systems?” el_id=”1455169710570-86b44557-31a3″]Consider optimum MRET Resonator usage time around 2 years.
